BOSTON
WE FOUND IT IN THE TRASHCAN, HONEST!
Remastered Edition
Restored from the LP on Dragonfly Records BOSS-1 (1978)
Lineage: My LP > 32-bit recording in Adobe Audition 1.5 > data CD > FLAC > you
Here is the famous album of Tom Scholz' home studio demos for the first Boston album, which won him a contract with Epic Records.
Declicked, denoised, pitch and phase corrected at Remasters Workshop, 2002.
I have often thought this was a recording from a stereo FM broadcast, because I swear I can hear what sounds like grainy FM reception and slight multipath in a few spots. And it has that smooth, tight compression that sounds like FM radio. There are also late fade-ins and early fade-outs, which would explain omitting the DJ talking. But I've never been able to come up with any documentation to support it.
Artwork is included.
Track listing:
1 Rock And Roll Band
2 Life Isn't Easy (Something About You)
3 More Than A Feeling
4 Don't Be Afraid Of Love
5 Peace Of Mind
6 San Francisco Day (Hitch A Ride)
Uploaded to Demonoid on May 4, 2009.
Enjoy!
