Notes:
- I bought this around 1989 from a flee market trader in Hamburg selling bootleg tapes. So it’s probably a 2nd generation tape (sounds good though, check the sample). There are a number of flaws:
1) "Come By Here" fades out/in in the middle due to a traffic announcement which I have removed.
2) The tape was flipped right after the beginning of "No Sex", so that track is cut at the beginning, and
it also fades out/in in the middle due to another removed traffic announcement.
3) "The Letter" was the last track of this broadcast, and it fades out after 50 secons.
- I’ve uploaded this show in spite of these flaws, because a) apparently it has not been up here before (according to the bot list) and b) it might motivate someone out there to post a better/complete version!
I know from an old tradelist that there was a re-broadcast including The Letter:
Chilton, Alex, 880225, Markthalle Hamburg Germany (NDR2), 50min. FM
Chilton, Alex, 880225, Markthalle Hamburg Germany (diff.b.cast w/The Letter), 28min.
So I guess this recording is not rare among Chilton traders, and I hope there's one of you who maybe has a combination of these two broadcasts and is willing to share it here. I asked for a seed on the dime forum list, but there’s been no response so far. (It's also possible that the rebroadcast contains „Come By Here“ and „No Sex“ without fades and cuts, but I don't know about that.)
