This was the 7th upload of my master concerts collection recorded in Lyon (France) between 1982-1990 .....
upload first on december 2006 and reseed on march 2009 from the same transfert ... in fact, the very first upload on Dime was made by 38f from a 1st gen copy in march 2006
Now, it's a new & definitive digitization ... at the right speed and really better than the previously one which suffered of slight warbled sound !!!
Jonathan Richman was recorded for Radio-Bellevue at the West Side Club (Lyon)
I was at my early beginning as official recorder and I was using very a basic system for this recording ....
I've used band soundboard outputs mixed on-the-fly (headphones) on 4 tracks desk with a couple of ambient mikes (Sennheiser), standing in front of the stage (less than 10 m).
The master tape was recorded on portable cassette deck Sony TCD5M (Sony tape UCX-S90) ... the first song is cut at beginning --- all my apologies !
