Notes

West, Bruce & Laing – Why Dontcha (24/96 vinyl rip/with artwork)
Original US 1972 pressing (Columbia C 31929)
Vinyl condition - NM

I've always liked this LP...nothing earth-shattering, just good tunes from these guys. "Third Degree" is a favorite and "Out Into The Fields" is one of the prettiest Jack Bruce/Peter Brown songs ever written, IMO...it's been stuck in my head since I did this rip. Jack was an amazingly talented man...AFAIC, without him, Cream would have been just another OK blues-rock outfit, out of many during that time period. He brought something totally unique to the party. Well yeah, they all did, but it was his songs I always enjoyed the most, but that's just me...you will be sorely missed by many, Jack! If this generates any interest, I'll put up "Whatever Turns You On", their second LP...
