This may have been on DIME previously I am not certain but I am the original taper.
This recording was made on a Sony T252 Reel to Reel at 7.5 ips with two Sony mics (unknown) positioned at the back of stage one each side. It was made with Keith and Jims approval. (It was the start of a long friendship with Jim)
Its far from hi fi, I was pretty inexperienced, the mics would have been better placed before rather than behind the PA. I managed to destroy the reel in the 80s so this is now taken from what was the master casette, slightly rebalanced to reduce the drums a little.
Its far from perfect, but it is much better than listenable and is the most accurate recording around of Keiths innovative band.
