Notes

The Joe Jackson Band
(Joe Jackson, Gary Sanford, Graham Maby, Dave Houghton)
The Rainbow Music Hall, Denver, CO
Sunday, May 6, 1979, Look Sharp! Tour

Very nice recording (probably an FM radio broadcast) received in trade. This was the first gig after Joe injured his ankle performing on May 3 at the Texas Opry House in Houston, so Joe performs while seated on a stool. Opening was the late great Robert Gordon. General Admission ticket was a fat $4.00 (see .jpg of ticket, courtesy of the Ticket Museum, http://www.rolf-thalmann.de/tickets-frame-unten.htm) Lots of fun 'tween song banter and a good audience.
