First night of two that the New York old school new wavers played at Mr Bowie's festival. The sold out hall was very hushed in expectancy aside from a few lone voices. It was almost too good to be true. I never saw the band in the 70's and missed the reunion in 1990 so I was very excited to see the same somewhat older, fuller figures amble onto the dimly lit stage and start to play as one well oiled machine. There were some surprises and a few disappointments at songs not played but they put in a stunning performance and the sound was clear and loud. My recording was from the middle of the front stalls so not too much hall reverb.

Watch out for the second show coming soon!
NB. If you already have this and think it's an upgrade, it isn't but before you try to seed your version please note I have altered the format and the info file so the torrent is different although I haven't touched the music files other than re make the flac files. I hope this helps prevent needless confusion.
