NOTES: Very historic bootleg. The Birmingham show is the only recording in existence that demonstrates the early 5-man outfit of the band. The line-up was following:
Joe, Mick, Paul + Keith Levene on 2nd guitar (only on the Birmingham gig) and Terry Chimes on drums. What makes this bootleg a must have for all The Clash
fans is the amount of rare songs which are not to be found from anywhere else. The sound quality isn't great (well what can you expect from audience recording of this age?)
but both shows are totally listeanable and even enjoyable.
Enjoy this one boys and girls and remember to keep your windows open!
P.S. Sorry for the small cover scans, couldn't find bigger ones.
OTGM.
