Notes

This isn't a complete unreleased album, it's 3 finished tracks and 7 studio demos. The track list is:

Tracks 1-3: Finished tracks, recorded at Olympic Studios, London, Jan '99.
Tracks 4-10: Demos recorded at Riverside Studios, Ossett, West Yorkshire, Aug '98.

The mix still sounds fairly rough, the vocals and snare just don't sit right. The second batch of songs sound more finished.

A few of these songs were played live and avalible on live recordings from the time, V 99, being the best that I know of. They also played some tunes live that aren't on here.

Tomb Raid and Night Train are the same song but with different lyrics. Cocksucker Blue isn't a cover of the Stones tune, nor is I Want You a cover of the Dylan number.

In my opinion Dolphin is the best tune here. While the Seahorses were never the best band on the planet, they did have their moments. The moments tend to be lighthearted fun lyrics and fantastic, witty guitar playing by Squire. Unfortuantly neither of those qualities are on show much here. It's not hard to see why Squire split before these songs were released. If you really want to hear the Seahorses at their best get hold on the You Can Talk To Me single, the b-side Wide is a fantasic tune.
