In 1973 someone at Columbia evidently decided to try and recoup some of the investment the label had made in Bloomfield and John Hammond — they were thrown into a recording studio along with Dr. John, who had recently scored a hit with "Right Place, Wrong Time." It probably sounded like a good idea at the time, but the results were uninspired. Pass by this CD and pick up any one of their solo recordings instead.
