This is a soundboard recording, and the Chicago recording probably was gotten from a WXRT-FM broadcast in the early 1970's.

Although it's a SBD, it has a somewhat distant sound. Johnny Winter is very prominent in the mix, Rick Derringer not so. This guy smokes even when he lets Rick Derringer take leads, his rhythm lines are unbelievable.
