CD 1 tracks 1-11, 14 from "source 1". all other tracks from source 2.

The material on these CDs derives from two different performances at the Old Waldorf, SF. The shows were either played on April 8 and 9, 1977, or, both were played on one of those nights. Perhaps the latter is suggested by Gary's remark: "play here again later on" (CD 2 end of track 8). Or maybe, "later on" simply meant the next night. (BtP seems to be somewhat unreliable in its documentation of the Waldorf shows.)

Finally, there is considerable uncertainty about which tracks were played on which nights. Every track is unique. That is to say, for example, that the two "Grand Hotel"s are from different performances.
