According to Olivier's Landemaine:

"Danny Fields' reel-to-reel tape (directly transfered from Brigid Polk's cassette) is marked "Velvet Rehearsal 6/26/70" but the date is written a bit unclearly... It's recorded at a rehearsal with a single mike in mono.Tape: audience, B+/C
