You will notice that they didn't perform their stock repetoire that evening. Maybe they were dazzled by Messrs Cornick and Co and wanted to fight back or something like that. Either way, Alvin is in a startling good mood and most certainly does NOT play as if the janitor plugged him in for the evening. Quite the party animal isn't he?
