Notes

Though the CD art says "New York 1968", this is usually dated "April 1970" or just "1970" (see
below), and is said to have been recorded in Nico's hotel room.

May be actually from January 1972, prior to Reed, Nico, and Cale's January 29 show at Le Bataclan:

the correct place and time: Paris ( Nico's then home ) Jan 1972 & a lot of booze!

Lou stayed at Nico's Paris apartment in January 1972 - there are many colour photos from this time of Lou & Nico around - this comes from a cassette recording Nico made of herself & Reed just prior to the Salle de Bataclan concert with John Cale
