Stonehenge, ???, Mass., USA 1971/2

A complete night out with the Modern Lovers.

Not sure of the exact location of Stonehenge. But, I believe it was not actually in Boston proper.

This came to me undated, but there are few clues which help narrow down possibilities. First, John Felice is not on this. That means that the concert occurred between summer 1971 and the beginning of September, 1972. Or, after March, 1973.

Jonathan announces that "Fly Into the Mystery" was written almost three years before the concert. It was certainly written before he moved to NYC in the summer of 1969, and probably dates from 1968, which means that the most likely date for this is Fall 1971. But, early 1972 is also a possiblity. Finally, "A Plea for Tenderness" was a later song. I've always associated it with 1972, but it certainly is possible that it was written in 1971.
