This was one of the many words and music shows put on by the mid 1980s Albion Band. These recordings were possbly made at the BBC Maida Vale Studios on 24 April 1984, although from Ashley's biography - "a performance at Cecil Sharpe House was broadcast on Folk on 2" - who knows?
