Notes

A collection of outtakes and demos. Released 1993 (?).

"Talent & Feeling Vol.1" is a nice collection
of studio outtakes and demos. Some "Band Of Gypsys"
material, "Cry Of Love songs" plus jams. A couple would end
up in butchered form on Crash Landing. One of the highlights
is blues jam "The Things I Used To Do", featuring Johnny Winter
on slide guitar, Steven Stills on bass, and Dallas Taylor on
drums. Another is "Peace In Mississippi". Some fierce
and angry guitar playing there. "You And Me Blues" has appeared
under the "Lord I Sing The Blues" title before, but here it is
in more complete form. Jam With Piano And Trumpet is another
circa 1970. "Little Drummer Boy" has appeared on many CDs too.
It's the BOG rehearsal version with choir added after 1970.
