The levels on this show were off the map. Someone (not me) attempted to 'fix' this by lowering the volume after the fact. Despite the levels, the show still sounds really good.
Performance wise, the show is interesting. It's one of those awkward early electric shows before Elliott and Quasi knew what they were doing with the material. So you've got stuff like Clementine which here is performed slow and relatively quiet when compared to performances from just one year later where its played relatively hard and fast. The version of Son of Sam presented here is also a work in progress. It's got ever so slightly different lyrics and a slightly slower tempo.
