Reissue on CD of one of the most wanted and searched after Hard Rock albums from the 1976. Great down to earth 'in your face' hardrock with biting fuzz leads over basic very effective riffing. A must for all 70's hardrock buffs.

Dryewater run into Truth & Janey after a really nasty relationship breakdown. Essentially a concept LP about relationship breakdown, each song being a different aspect of how “his chick done him wrong”. Sounds terrible doesn’t it? But it is pretty good, with tracks like ‘Borderline’ delivering that seventies chunk fuzz with insane lyrics and ‘Cookin’ for you’ having so much phasing it could be Marcus. Dealers give the date on the LP as 1984, but the CD indicates 1976 and that fits the sound better. The fact there’s a strong disincentive for dealers to give an eighties date perhaps suggests a later pressing exists. Despite the long serial number and name change to Synton Archive Productions this still looks like a boot and sounds like it’s from mint vinyl, Down-To_earth Hardrock und Southern-Style Bluesrock von einer Band aus New York.
