Features demos and/or studio outtakes of some EC compositions, both familiar and unfamiliar, as well as a few cover tunes, all apparently dating from around 1977-1978. The titles listed for the unreleased tunes are only guesses.
Jo Marshall was a New York City-based singer whose acquaintance with EC is described in the mediocre 1981 book ELVIS COSTELLO by Krista Reese. EC wrote two of the songs and lends guitar and backing vocals to the demo tape. (The other songs were written by Jo Marshall, possibly in collaboration with one or more members of her band.)
