Notes:
Many thanks to Big E for providing the CDR(0) and cdr rips for this boot.
Tracks 6 to 13 (Disc 1) and 2 to 6 (Disc 2) sourced from Tales From The Who (Super Sonic
SS200021) silver cd. * Tracks 1 to 5 (Disc 1) sourced from King Biscuit Flower Hour
(Unknown Label) unknown generaton cdr. * Track 13 (Disc 1) from an unknown source. Radio
jingles removed where possible. Fades and Cross-Fades applied where necessary. No other
"remastering" took place during the making of this cd!
Due to the overall length of the audio, I have no choice but to split it over 2 discs. With
a running time of over 85 minutes, it will not fit on a standard 80 minute cdr. Even
without the Radio Promo and the Interviews, it still clocks in at a little under 82 minutes.
Now, obviously if you choose not to include the Radio Promo and the Interviews, you may be
able to "overburn" your blank cdr to make it fit (this is at your own risk!). The inclusion
of a more complete version of Won't Get Fooled Again has increased this boot to beyond a
single disc! Fades were not applied to the end of Dr Jimmy and the beginning of Won't Get
Fooled Again.
There are at least 3 tracks missing from the broadcast/gig; Punk & The Godfather, 5:15 and
Love Reign O'er Me. It is unknown if any more songs were played after See Me Feel Me as
part of an encore.
This gig was recorded by DIR for broadcast on the King Biscuit Flower Hour. It was
originally aired during March 1974. There have been subsequent broadcasts over the years.
For example, tracks 1 to 5 are from a 1999 re-broadcast.
Frequency and Spectral Analysis shows that the Tales From The Who boot may well be from an
FM broadcast. All other tracks are consistant with being Pre-FM.
Artwork, Original EAC Rip Logs, FLAC Fingerprints & MD5 Verification File all included.
If this is shared elsewhere please leave this text and all other files intact, thank you!
