soundboard recording
Here is the story of conclusion of the show and this recording: A strictly enforced curfew loomed as Procol began their closing number, "Repent Walpurgis". After Procol had played the first 40 seconds or so of "Repent", the promoter, concerned about incurring a fine, turned off the feed to the soundboard. Nevertheless, Procol kept playing, and could be heard through the stage amps. Finally, at the very end, power was also cut to the stage amps. Procol was silenced but Gary could be heard saying they killed the power with "three chords to go".
About tracks 12, 14 and 16:
"Repent Walpurgis" (track 12) was compiled from both the soundboard and audience recording sources.
"Repent Walpurgis" (track 14) and tracks 1-11 are from the Moore-Berger sbd and were left unchanged.
"Repent Walpurgis" (track 16) is from the audience tape (The "live channel" was duplicated in the dead left channel of the recording.)
