Technical note - much of this was sourced from mp3. We're sorry, but
the thought of paying $100 to get an 8cd box of Fats Domino to get
the only cd version of track 5, when it was originally released after
the Quarrymen's version was recorded, did not appeal. As much as
possible came from cd, and we'd be glad to tell you which is which.
