I've just come into possession of a piece of history. I have to be circumspect about the source so don't ask for any details.
Here is the complete (minus the official track) 1982 show from the Aurora Theatre. The stage announcer says it's their first US appearance, but the description of the "Crash Landing" torrent that was pulled from the tracker back in 2006 says it was their third.

From the source (censored): "OK, there was the original cassette from the show, ... right off the soundboard. ... copied ... I have my stereo's line out connected to my computer's line in, so I digitally copied it using Cool Edit 2000 (or possibly Audacity, I don't recall, but either way it was just capturing the sound from the cassette and initially saving as a WAV file). Then In Cool Edit I did some very very minor EQ tweaking. Then I just chopped up the long and large WAV files into individual songs (so I could then make a standard audio CD out of it), which is what you have."
So the lineage appears to be
soundboard > cassette > first-generation cassette > PC
I used TLH to convert to flac, etc.
Track 12 was the first track of the second CD if you're planning to burn it to CD.
