A little guide how to handle single FLAC files:
+ FLAC means Free Lossless Audio Codec
+ It is recommended to use a player, which splits the flac file automatically - for example the free foobar2000 audio player http://www.foobar2000.org/ - when you load the .cue file (not the .flac file) foobar splits the tracks automatically. VLC also does it, Windows Media Player does NOT.
+ Or you can separate the tracks by using a cue splitter - for example freeware http://www.medieval.it/cuesplitter-pc/menu-id-71.html.
+ For Apple users XLD and xACT works fine, but there are a lot more possibilities
+ If you want to learn more about LOSSLESS you can visit http://www.hqshare.net/ - with useful descriptions and links (and also explanations why it's better, to generate single flac files with cue sheet).

And PLEASE don't convert good lossless music to lossy files and seed them.
