The setlist would be:
01. Drumming, part 1
02. Music for Mallet Instruments, Voices, and Organ
03. Music for a large Ensemble
04. Tehillim, part I & II
05. Tehillim, part III & IV
given the fact that Tehillim is included in the complete version and the year 1981, the line-up can be assumed to be the same as on the original ECM recording:
Steve Reich & Musicians, conducted by George Manahan:
Voices: Pamela Wood - High Soprano, Cheryl Bensman - Lyric Soprano, Rebecca Armstrong - Lyric Soprano, Jay Clayton - Alto
Percussion: Bob Becker, Russ Hartenberger, Garry Kvistad, Steve Reich, Gary Schall, Glen Velez
Winds: Virgil Blackwell (clarinet/ flute), Mort Silver (clarinet/ piccolo), Vivian Burdick (oboe), Ellen Bardekoff (English horn)
Electric Organs: Edmund Niemann, Nurit Tilles
Strings: Shem Guibbory, Robert Chausow (violins), Ruth Siegler (viola), Chris Finckel (cello), Lewis Paer (bass)
according to this LP's liner notes, Tehillim Part I & II was premiered in Stuttgart in June 1981. After the world premiere of the complete work in Cologne, the line-up listed above performed Tehillim (amongst other pieces) in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, Utrecht (that location has to be Muziekcentrum Vredenburg) and Vienna. Zürich however is not mentioned in these notes.
The Utrecht date should coincide with the Holland Festival, which takes place in June each year. So although Zürich might be incorrect, the date window can be narrowed to June-July 1981.
