Very rare 26 track release expands on the original 12 track version by adding 14 previously unissued tracks, including Slim's rare Imperial Recordings. Slim Harpo was one of the most influential Blues artists of the early 60's. The Rolling Stones covered Harpo's song "Shake Your Hips" on their "Exile On Main Street" album. After listening to this great album, you can hear Harpo's influence on the Stones bluesier music especially Jagger's singing and harp playing.
