Declicked; pitch, phase and level corrected at Remasters Workshop, January 2010 from the silver disc on Oh Boy 1-9035.
This is apparently sourced from a tape of a BBC "In Concert" transcription disc, recorded live 1973 at an unspecified venue. There seems to be no clear consensus on the net of where or when. Some collectors feel that it's parts of two shows combined.
The recording ran a semitone fast on some tracks, a bit more on others, supporting the notion that it's from two shows. The recording was out of phase due to azimuth misalignment during digital transfer, which supports the notion that it's a tape of a record. Everything is stereo, and very nicely mixed. All in all, an enjoyable disc that bears repeated listens. Pity that nothing from these sets was used on the Faces box set, as these are nearly all better performances.
