This was the prelude to the reunion of The Animals in the summer of 1983, Eric Burdon & Alan Price teaming up at the City Hall in their hometown Newcastle for a set of greatest hits. The whole thing was filmed, and probably the audio here is drawn from a VHS tape of some kind.
